  • Daily Stayover Service: Return to a room that feels like new every day. Each day of your stay, we’ll tidy your guest room, replace towels, restock essentials and ensure all surfaces are clean.
  • Complimentary Resort Self-Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available at both Dollywood Resorts. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee.
  • Complimentary Highspeed Wi-Fi: Guests enjoy complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi at both Dollywood Resort properties.
  • Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood admission receives one complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver per day to use during park operating hours. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day). Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. These complimentary TimeSaver Passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium during your visit. Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain is only available with TimeSaver Premium at this time. (TimeSavers are not valid at Dollywood's Splash Country).
  • Priority Access to Park Attractions: During the first hour of each operating day, Dollywood Resort guests can utilize the TimeSaver entrance for expedited access on all eligible rides, including Big Bear Mountain. Just show your Resort TimeSaver Wristband to utilize this perk. (Participation does not affect TimeSaver usage).
  • Complimentary Door-to-Door Transportation: The Exclusive Resort Trolleys make it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! By riding the Exclusive Resort Trolley, you will save the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle. To utilize this perk, simply present your TimeSaver card at the Exclusive Resort Trolley pick-up location.
  • Complimentary Preferred Parking: Dollywood Resort guests can drive their personal vehicles to Dollywood and park in the Preferred Parking Lot at no cost. Just show your TimeSaver Card to the Host at the parking toll booth.
  • Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more made throughout the day from Dollywood’s merchandise shops, as well as fragile or oversized items, will be delivered to your guest room free of charge.
