Let's check a few things first:
When you were purchasing online, did you select Print-At-Home as your delivery method? If so, you should see an orange button on your order confirmation page that says "View Your Tickets Now" and an orange button in your order confirmation email that says "Get Tickets." One of those two buttons will get you to your tickets.
If you did not select Print-At-Home as your delivery method, there is no ticket to deliver online. So, if you selected Will Call, you will need to stop by the ticket booths at the park to retrieve your tickets when you visit.
If you selected Mail/UPS, we'll send your tickets to you but if it has been a bit of time and we haven't, please let us know.
Now, if you did indeed select Print-At-Home and you still can't find your tickets, let us know and we'll track them down.
Oh dear! Sorry about that. Sometimes there is a glitch in the system or a typo in your email. No worries, though, we are here to help. Simple complete this form with as much of your order information as you can and we'll resend your order confirmation email.
Alternatively, the page that was presented after completing your order online is your order confirmation page. You can bookmark that page to retrieve your tickets and receipt until you visit. When accessing that page later, you may be asked for the phone number you provided during checkout for security purposes.
For your convenience, we have made your tickets and vouchers mobile friendly. You can absolutely show them on your mobile device for park entry. You are also more than welcome to print them out if you would like.
On Season Passes, you can present them on your first visit to the park on your mobile device. But you will need to stop by the ticket booths on or before your second visit to get your physical Passholder ID card.

Parking is $25 for all standard length vehicles, $30 for oversize length vehicles such as RVs and trailers. However, parking is FREE if you purchase a Dollywood Gold or Diamond Season Pass. Retroactive benefits such as FREE parking do not apply if you upgrade to Gold or Diamond after the purchase of a Season Pass.
Preferred Parking is available at both Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country.
