Welcome to Dollywood’s and Dollywood’s Splash Country Area Hospitality Program! We are glad to have your business and employees participate in what promises to be another season full of fun.

To better serve you, we have compiled a list of questions that we have been asked throughout the seasons and we hope you find it helpful. Take advantage of the deepest discount Dollywood has to offer and bring your family and friends!

Frequently Asked Questions

The AHP is an exclusive benefit for area partners who display Dollywood Company collateral or approved signage. AHP partners receive the lowest price on Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country one-day tickets as a benefit of the program.

A taxed employee of a tourism or hospitality business, such as a restaurant or lodging property, within a designated radius of Dollywood Parks that displays Dollywood Company collateral or approved signage.

No. Only employees who receive a paystub from the AHP business are eligible.

Bring your current paystub or earnings statement (within 30 days) and valid photo ID to any ticket window at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country’s Front Gate.

No. You must have a paystub.

You will not be allowed entrance and you will need to let your manager know so they can correct the information with their Area Hospitality Representative.

You will not be issued an AHP Pass and will not be able to purchase AHP priced tickets.

Driver’s license or Passport photo ID.

Your Pass is good for 14 total tickets. Each ticket may be used at either Dollywood OR Dollywood’s Splash Country – not both.

Each guest counts as one ticket.

$10 plus tax per ticket

The blackout dates for the 2024 season are listed below.

Dollywood

  • All Fridays & Saturdays
  • March 22 – April 7
  • September 27 – October 13
  • November 29- January 5

Dollywood’s Splash Country

  • All Saturdays

No exceptions will be made to the blackout dates listed.

No. Tickets may only be purchased at Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country’s front gate.

Yes, you may upgrade your Dollywood AHP ticket to a Dollywood or 2 Park Season pass on the day of your visit only. 

If you are visiting Dollywood’s Splash Country, you may upgrade to a 2 Park Season Pass only.

Your AHP ticket is valid for a $30 credit toward the purchase of the pass.

Yes. You must be present to purchase AHP tickets and enter the park with your guests for your tickets to be valid.

No. Your AHP discount is only valid on admission tickets.

No. The AHP Pass can only be used by the eligible employee it is assigned to.

No. Please contact Dolly Parton's Stampede or Pirates Voyage directly for their Area Program details.

Keep your AHP Pass.  AHP Passes remain valid for you if your new employer is a participant in the Area Hospitality Program.  A new AHP Pass will not be issued.

No. It cannot be replaced or reissued.

Owners should call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD 3 days prior to visit to make reservations. Press option 1 and then option 3 to speak with a Ticket Specialist.

Selling AHP Passes or tickets will result in the permanent loss of AHP benefits. No exceptions will be made.

No. Only one AHP Pass may be issued per person per year.
