The Cove Pool Pool Schedule

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a rental unit, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the date of reservation for a full refund. Purchase of a Weather Guarantee allows for cancellation 24 hours prior to reserve date for a refund of the unit price but not including refund for the Weather Guarantee price. Rentals may be cancelled by the Resort hotel due to inclement weather; Guests will not be penalized in this case.
• Prices quoted are for a full-day rental based on the published pool hours of operation - pool hours do vary. Refer to our Resort Pools Operating Calendar. Rental fees will NOT be refunded the day of the reservation in the event of less than desirable weather. In the event inclement weather or a non-weather situation forces the closing of the pool for an entire day, rental fee will be refunded.
• No shows will NOT be refunded.
• All posted pool rules apply to cabana renters.
• Management STRICTLY PROHIBITS the following:
  • Outside alcohol is NOT permitted.
  • Smoking and/or drug usage is NOT permitted in the cabana.
  • Excessive noise to include music and rowdiness is NOT permitted.
• Call Dollywood’s Heartsong Lodge & Resort to change or cancel your cabana reservation.
• Cove and Pool Cabanas are only available to guests staying at Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort.
• Cabanas rentals are subject to weather conditions. Evacuation of pool deck area due to weather will include cabana occupancy.

Any violation of the above actions or requirements will be cause for immediate termination of rental. No refunds will be given.
