Park Tickets & Dollywood TimeSavers: If you need to purchase tickets to Dollywood or pick-up your complimentary Dollywood TimeSavers, please visit the ticket desk, located just past Honeysuckle & Pine and adjacent to the East Wing Guest Elevators.
Mobile App: The Dollywood Parks & Resorts app is a great resource when visiting Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort. Use the app to view ride wait times, nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment. Download this fun and informative app before visiting to prepare for your Smoky Mountain adventure.

Dining: Experience the perfect blend of flavors from locally sourced ingredients at our signature restaurant, Ember & Elm: Tastes Rooted in The Smokies or our High Note: Casual Dining & Drink. If you’re looking for something on-the-go, stop by Songbird Market for your favorite beverage from Starbucks®, a variety of homemade pastries, baked-to-order-pizza and more! If you’re in your guest room, order breakfast, lunch or dinner from our In-Room Dining menu. All menus include classic favorites, as well as regionally inspired cuisine.
Shopping: At Honeysuckle & Pine: Storied Goods Mercantile, shop from an assortment of goods, including apparel, keepsakes, décor and more.
Lobby Sundries: Our Front Desk Lobby Sundries, (Micro Market) is available daily for guests to pick up a morning paper, bottled Coca Cola® beverage and an assortment of other items you might need during your stay

Pool: The Indoor Pool, located adjacent to our trolley lobby, is a year-round heated indoor pool. Located directly outside of the indoor pool is the relaxing outdoor hot tub. At this time, The Cove Outdoor Pool is closed for the season.
Daily Activities: Join Camp DW to delight in daily crafts and LIVE entertainment. Explore our activities calendar below.
Goodnight With Dolly: Tune in to Channel 101 in your room to have Dolly read you a nightly bedtime story featuring books from Dolly’s Imagination Library.

No Charge Items: Cribs and rollaway beds are available by request. Guests my request these items by asking the Front Desk at check-in.
Microwaves: Microwaves are available for resort guest on each guest room floor.
Laundry & Dry Cleaning: Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort offers an on-site guest laundry, located on the second and fourth floors. (Additional charges apply). Laundry soap is available for a fee. Dry-cleaning services are available for an additional charge. Call the Front Desk to arrange at ext. 0.
Vending & Ice Machines: Vending machines are located on the second and fifth floors. Ice machines and water bottle refill stations are available on every floor.
ATM: A 24-hour self-service ATM is located outside of Honeysuckle & Pine: Storied Goods Mercantile on the first level.
Reminders: All accommodations are non-smoking, and only service animals are allowed on property.
Lost & Found: Resort guests who misplace or leave an item during their visit are asked to complete the Lost & Found form.
Visit the Resort Ticket Desk located on level 1 adjacent to the trolley lobby to book your tickets.
Choose from 1, 2 and 3 day tickets to Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country or both parks.
