Park Tickets & TimeSavers: If you need to purchase Dollywood tickets or pick up your complimentary TimeSaver Passes, please visit the ticket counter on the main lobby level.

Mobile App: The Dollywood Parks & Resorts app is a great resource when visiting Dollywood, Dollywood’s Splash Country or a Dollywood Resort. Use the app to view ride wait times, nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment. You can download the app before visiting to prepare for your Smoky Mountain adventure.

Enjoy comfortable, family-style dining at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery or stop by the DM Pantry for a quick bite to go. You also can visit The Lounge for a casual meal or enjoy poolside dining by The Swimming Hole. Our menus include classic family favorites, as well as regionally-inspired dishes.

At Pokeberry Lane, located on the main lobby level, you can shop for an assortment of goods, including apparel, keepsakes, décor and other exclusive items only found at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa. Guests also can stop by Corner Sundries at the front desk to pick up a morning newspaper, Coca-Cola products and more.

The Swimming Hole Outdoor Pool:

The Swimming Hole features two cascading waterfalls, zero-depth entry and an interactive splash pad. Located next to The Swimming Hole is the relaxing outdoor hot tub.(Resort guests aged 16 and older may enjoy the outdoor hot tub).

The Garden House Indoor Pool:

Our heated year-round indoor pool features large picture windows perfect for enjoying beautiful poolside views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Camp DW is a fun way for parents to come together with their children and engage in a creative environment, providing a unique experience for even our youngest travelers. Camp DW provides fun-filled indoor and outdoor activities, pool parties during the summer and other themed programming designed to inspire you and your child’s imagination.

No-Charge Items: Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. To make a request, call or visit a host at the front desk.

Microwaves: Microwaves are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor, as well as the DM Pantry.

Laundry: Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa offers an onsite guest laundry facility, located on the main lobby level.

Vending & Ice Machines: Vending and ice machines are available for resort guests on each guest-room floor.

ATM: A 24-hour self-service ATM is located adjacent to the exit doors by The Spa at Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort on the first level.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the resort, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are indicated on our resort map.

Pets: With the exception of ADA-recognized service animals, we do not allow pets at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa.

Lost & Found: Resort guests who misplace or leave an item during their visit are asked to complete the Lost & Found form.

If you're looking to enjoy a delicious meal and family-friendly entertainment during your Smoky Mountain getaway, add Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction or Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud to your resort reservation. You also can delight in a fun-filled show full of comedians, jugglers, ventriloquists and more at The Comedy Barn Theater.

Pink Jeep Adventure Tours

Play like a kid, and pay like one, too, when you add a Pink Jeep Tour Experience to any new or existing resort reservation. Experience breathtaking views of the Foothills Parkway, Newfound Gap or Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.

No Resort Fees: Enjoy a more affordable and hassle-free family vacation at a Dollywood Resort with no hidden resort fees, ensuring clear costs, better value and extra savings for memorable experiences with your loved ones.
Complimentary Resort Self-Parking: Complimentary self-parking is available at both Dollywood Resorts. Valet parking is available for a nominal fee.
Complimentary Highspeed Wi-Fi: Guests enjoy complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi at both Dollywood Resort properties.

For All Resort Guests With Tickets

Complimentary TimeSaver Passes: Each Dollywood Resort guest with valid Dollywood admission receives one complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver per day to use during park operating hours. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day). Resort guests with a Dollywood TimeSaver can enjoy five expedited entries on any of the participating attractions, as well as priority seating at shows in participating theaters. These complimentary TimeSaver Passes can be upgraded to TimeSaver Plus or TimeSaver Premium during your visit. Expedited entry on Big Bear Mountain is only available with TimeSaver Premium at this time. (TimeSavers are not valid at Dollywood's Splash Country).
Priority Access to Park Attractions: During the first hour of each operating day, Dollywood Resort guests can utilize the TimeSaver entrance for expedited access on all eligible rides, including Big Bear Mountain. Just show your Resort TimeSaver Wristband to utilize this perk. (Participation does not affect TimeSaver usage).
Complimentary Door-to-Door Transportation: The Exclusive Resort Trolleys make it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! By riding the Exclusive Resort Trolley, you will save the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle. To utilize this perk, simply present your TimeSaver card at the Exclusive Resort Trolley pick-up location.
Complimentary Preferred Parking: Dollywood Resort guests can drive their personal vehicles to Dollywood and park in the Preferred Parking Lot at no cost. Just show your TimeSaver Card to the Host at the parking toll booth.
Complimentary Package Delivery: Purchases of $25 or more made throughout the day from Dollywood’s merchandise shops, as well as fragile or oversized items, will be delivered to your guest room free of charge.
