Dollywood is the Place to be for Entertainment this Spring with the I Will Always Love You Music Festival

It’s always an exciting time when Dollywood opens for the season, and the I Will Always Love You Music Festival (March 15-April 13) is loaded with entertaining shows the whole family will love. With festival exclusive performances to award-winning productions, Dollywood has something for everyone this spring.

Country music enthusiasts will love the show “Trio, Again featuring Three Times a Lady,” in Showstreet Palace Theater. Providing a mesmerizing vocal blend of songs inspired by classic songbirds Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt and Emmylou Harris, this show will put everyone in a good mood. If you are in the mood to do some singing yourself, the “Sing-A-Long with Dolly” show can’t be missed! Head over to Back Porch Theater to join other Dolly fans (and who isn’t?!) in singing some of her greatest hits. Both of these incredible shows are only available during this festival, so make sure you don’t miss them!

Dollywood’s shows are not just entertaining; they are award-winning. Wander back through the years of Dolly’s musical journey with “From the Heart – The Life and Music of Dolly Parton.” Showcasing her earliest songs to her most recent hits, don’t miss this performance all about our Dreamer-in-Chief in Celebrity Theater.

Dreamsong, located in the Dolly Parton Experience area, is the place to be for two exciting shows. Join Dolly’s niece in “Heidi Parton’s Kin & Friends,” as she and her family and friends perform hit songs across a variety of genres, celebrating the Parton family’s gift of music. In addition to Heidi’s show, immerse yourself in a multi-sensory film experience with a remastered version of “Heartsong The Movie.” Sit back while Dolly takes you on a breathtaking journey through the Great Smoky Mountains.

The I Will Always Love You Music Festival also features classic, fan-favorite shows and performances throughout Dollywood. Wild Roots Band will share songs of celebration, love and faith with their authentic Smoky Mountains sounds at the Showstreet Gazebo. Award-winning gospel group the Kingdom Heirs return to the Pines Theater to perform their biggest hits from more than 40 years of chart-toppers. The Smoky Mountain String Band brings the best of bluegrass music alive at the Valley Theater, while  “Wings of America” returns for a close-up look at America’s most iconic symbol of freedom, the bald eagle, and many of its feathered friends.
