Accessible spaces are available for parking and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity early on some operating days. If the accessible parking area is unavailable, the guest Drop-off and Pick-up area adjacent to the park entrance may be utilized for ease of dropping off and picking up guests. Standard vehicle and RV parking fees apply unless the guest is a Dollywood Gold or Diamond Passholder. All vehicles parked in a marked disabled parking space must have a government-issued license plate or displayed disabled parking tag. Without proper permits, violators may be subject to fines issued by the City of Pigeon Forge Police Department and/or towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.
All walking pathways at Dollywood Splash Country are wheelchair accessible.

Due to different pathway configuration and terrain, as well as large crowds that include small children and strollers, we regret that we cannot permit the use of golf carts, two-seated ECVs, ECV bicycles, tricycle child carts, or two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways ® at Dollywood Splash Country Water Park. Upon arrival at Dollywood Splash Country, guests with questions or in need of additional assistance may visit the Guest Services/Ticket booths at the front entrance.
Security Screening
When entering the property, you will approach a security screening area. The screening system uses extremely low-frequency radio waves (ELF) that are in the range used by some Electronic Anti-Theft Systems (EAS), widely deployed in retail settings for loss prevention. Please advise the officer staffed there if you have a medical condition in which you are unable to walk through the screening device, and they will utilize an alternative method.
Coolers and excessive amounts of food or drinks will not be allowed into the park. Single water bottles and single snacks or items for medical needs are permitted.
