On the day that you are visiting Dollywood, please stop by the ticket counter with your TimeSaver voucher to redeem yourTimeSaver wristbands. You will need to have a wristband or your TimeSaver voucher to utilize the exclusive resort trolley. While there you also can purchase any day tickets or season passes you may need!
The TimeSaver wristbands give you access through the TimeSaver entrance of any eligible ride for the first hour of the day, the golden hour! The ride attendant will not scan your wristband--they only need to see it. After the first hour that the park is open, they will begin scanning the wristbands and the restrictions printed on the band will start applying. You are only allowed five entries, it does not work on Big Bear Mountain and Lightning Rod and only one use on Dragonflier and FireChaser Express.
Yes, you can upgrade you TimeSaver at the TimeSaver office at the park.
You can use TimeSavers to make reservation for some of our shows. There are three theaters marked on the map with the TimeSaver icon that qualify for reserved seating. Just step inside the TimeSaver office inside park and tell them the show you want to see and what time you want to see it.
While your TimeSaver does not work at Splash Country, you are welcome to visit between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. for Golden Hour.
If you did not receive the Golden hour wristbands in your packet at check-in, on the day that you are visiting Dollywood’s Splash Country, please stop by the ticket desk with your TimeSaver voucher to redeem for your Golden Hour wristband. This wristband gives you access to any operational TimeSaver H2O entrance for Golden Hour. As resort guests, you also have a voucher that you can redeem at Dollywood’s Splash Country to receive a discount for Timesaver H2O.
Guests visiting both parks in one day can stop by the ticket counter and pick up all they need for that day before they head out!
Guests who have a Tasting Pass voucher in their package will need to redeem that ticket at the park, outside of the Sweet Shoppe, to receive their lanyard.
