Timber Canyon’s mess hall, the 150-seat LumberCamp Restaurant, is run by Big Jake's grandmother, Annabelle.  LumberCamp features a menu hearty enough to feed the hungriest lumberjack!  Watch as Annabelle's signature hand-breaded catfish planks and chicken tenders are fried to a delicious golden brown in the sizzling hot BIG SKILLET™!  Annabelle's also serving up one pound baked potatoes, skillet rolls, saw cut fries and coleslaw.  No meal is complete without one of Big Jake's hearty desserts like the fantastic fried banana pudding, fried chocolate cobbler, beaver paws and fried yeast rolls filled with assorted fillings.  Listen for the dinner bell and come hungry.
