Ham ‘n’ beans are a southern dinner tradition, and we like to serve them up with a skillet of fresh-baked cornbread.  Add coleslaw, sliced onions and you've got yourself a country feast.  Other favorites to try are the meatloaf, chicken pot pie, Cades Cove pit ham, and Cades Cove pot roast.  Whichever you choose, I know you will be satisfied.  

Special Christmas Menu Items:  Pinto beans seasoned with ham and served with turnip greens, meatloaf, hearty hunter stew, Cades Cove pit ham, Cades Cove pot roast, cornbread salad, Cades Cove BBQ beef sandwich and for dessert, fruit cobbler.
