Committed to delivering award-winning entertainment, Dollywood conducts auditions each year in search of the best performers to be a part of the Smoky Mountains’ premiere family entertainment experience. Entertainment auditions take place in multiple cities each January and February! The schedule is posted here as soon as it becomes available each season. Dollywood provides steady work, competitive pay and valuable experience. Benefits include an on-site medical center, profit-sharing plan, employee pass exchange with other attractions and businesses, on-park food and merchandise discounts, and relocation package.
